Payment

For pet sitting services, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. However, I also accept payments in cash, check, Venmo or Cash App. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding payments, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Booking

To ensure the highest level of service and availability, I kindly request that all bookings be made at least 72 hours in advance. This allows me to adequately prepare for your pet's care and accommodate any specific requests or requirements. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide the best possible care for your beloved pets.

If you require a service with less than a 72-hour notice, please contact me directly to discuss the possibilities. While advanced notice is preferred, I understand that certain circumstances may require immediate attention.

Rescheduling

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. Should you require a rescheduling of your pet's appointment, I request a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance for pet sitting and 24 hours notice for pet exercise. This allows me to facilitate your request and make necessary arrangements to ensure the continued well-being and care of your furry friend.

Cancellation

Please note that any cancellations made after the booking confirmation will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the requested service. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but this policy ensures that my time and resources are respected.
